Terms and conditions
Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order once your order is placed you are bound by our terms and conditions.

Cancellation of order
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order placed with thegalleryclothing.co.uk and to receive a full refund. The cancellation must be received in writing or by email to info@thegalleryclothing.co.uk quoting your order number. This must be received within 7 working days of placing your order. If the goods have been despatched you must follow our returns policy still obtaining your returns number from our customer services department.

Payment
We accept credit/debit cards as detailed on our payment site. The payment will be processed by the secure gateway at PROTX. If there are any card refusals The Gallery will not be held responsible. We do not hold any card details.

Placing an order
Once we have received your order we will email you an acknowledgement. We will not charge you until we are ready to despatch.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to receive payment, the product is out of stock to which we will email you or if there has been an error in the product description.

Faulty items
In the event of receiving a faulty item please return the goods to us at our address on your returns form stating the reason for return and where the item fault is. If it is established that the item is faulty we will give an option for either a repair refund or exchange. If however the item is not established to be faulty the return postage remains your responsibility and will need to be paid before we can return the items to you. We will of course try and replace the item for you if possible. You still must obtain your returns number and state this on the returns form and outside of the parcel. This must be obtained by email from info@thegalleryclothing.co.uk. The procedure for this is stated on our returns section.

By ordering from our website you agree to recive occassional details from us but we will not pass on your email address.
