If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/items to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods

All return items must have a returns number which you can acquire by emailing our customer service team at info@thegalleryclothing.co.uk stating your order number, name and address and details of the item/items you wish to return along with your reason and if you require a refund or exchange. You will then be issued with a returns number. You must make sure that this is written on the outside of your parcel.
Please complete the returns form as instructed and quote your returns number. Then enclose in the parcel.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all original labels still attached to each individual garment. Please re-use the original packaging and don’t forget to write your returns number on the outside of the parcel.
The Gallery will not accept returns after 7 working days from receipt of goods and will not accept goods that have been worn or any items without original labels attached. We are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings.
The Gallery will refund only the original payers credit/debit card at the value charged on invoice excluding the postage costs.
When trying on items please do not remove any tags or labels, make sure you are not wearing perfume, deodorant or make up. Any items returned including jewellery must only have been worn to try on.
We are unable to accept returns where these instructions have not been adhered to.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
Complete your returns form stating the size you require. If we have the required size we will send this at no extra postage cost to you, to the original shipping address once we have received the returned item. If we no longer have the size you require we will email you to find out if any other item is required or a refund.

GIFT EXCHANGE
For a gift refund we can only refund to the original payer.

RECOMMENDATION FOR RETURNING PARCEL
We recommend that all returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and insured to the value of the items in the parcel. The items remain your responsibility until they reach The Gallery. We advise that you retain proof of delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Return the parcel to the address listed below
